2026 Festival Vendor Map & Important Event Information

Please review the 2026 Richmond Autumn Moon Festival Site Map below and locate your assigned booth number before arriving at the event. The festival takes place along Clement Street between 8th and 11th Avenues. Booth locations are marked by section and number (A, B, or C) on the map.

Festival Hours: 11:00 AM–3:00 PM
Location: Clement Street, 8th–11th Avenues, San Francisco

Vendor Arrival & Setup

Vendors may begin arriving for setup at 8:30 AM. Please allow yourself plenty of time to unload, locate your booth, and complete setup before the festival begins at 11:00 AM.

Food and cooking vendors should arrive as early as 8:30 AM and be fully set up before inspections begin.

Please note that parking is not provided. We strongly recommend unloading your equipment and supplies first and then moving your vehicle to find parking outside the event area.

Food Vendor Inspections

SF Fire Department Inspection: 10:00 AM
All cooking vendors must have their booths completely set up and ready for inspection. Please have the appropriate fire extinguisher available. Vendors using generators must also have a suitable fence or barrier surrounding the generator.

SF Department of Public Health Inspection: 11:00 AM
All food vendors must be ready for inspection with all required food-safety equipment and supplies properly set up, including handwashing and utensil-washing stations where applicable.

Important Reminders

Please stay within your assigned booth space and do not switch or relocate your booth without approval from CYC staff. Bring all equipment and supplies required for your operation, and please keep sidewalks, entrances, emergency access areas, and neighboring businesses clear at all times.

The map also identifies the main stage, activity areas, city/community resources, Bookmobile, Fire Engine, Mahjong area, petting zoo, and other festival attractions to help you become familiar with the event layout before arrival.

We strongly encourage all vendors to save a copy or screenshot of the site map on your phone before arriving so you can quickly locate your booth on Saturday.
